The seven years’ war (or the French and Indian war as some call it) was a war fought between 1754 and 1763, the main conflict was the seven years of 1756-1763 witch involved most major powers in Europe and at one time America. Although the conflict was between France and Briton, countries quickly began taking a side to join the ever constant power struggle for Europe. some of The countries that decided to ally with France were French Canada (the war in the Americas), the Holy Roman Empire (Austria, Saxony, Bavaria), Russia, Spain, Sweden and the Mughal Empire. some of Great Briton's allies were British America (war in the Americas), Prussia, Portugal, Hanover and the Iroquois Confederacy (native American Tribe). As a result of this in 1763 at the treaty of Paris France ended up giving up most of their land in America to Briton, and brought Frances power in India.
